Soneet R. Kapila was selected by the Creditors' Committee to be the Administrator to oversee and administer the affairs of the post-confirmation Debtor and, direct and manage litigation. His duties include overseeing and directing the claims adjudication process and making distributions to creditors, pursuing Chapter 5 avoidance actions and D&O litigation.
