Forensic Technology Group

For several years, our firm has concentrated its efforts in the area of forensic analysis. With the transformation of information flow through computer technology, the internet and E-commerce, fraud has taken on a new face altogether.

Summarized below are some aspects in which FTG has been instrumental in uncovering information of great value to cases riddled with computer fraud:

•  Recover data that was thought to be lost forever and recover, unlock and access     deleted files.

•  Document any means of concealing data for possible later use as evidence.

•   Unlock and examine password protected files.

•   Examine electronic files for noteworthy evidence.

•   Determine the author and creation or modification date of particular
    documents or files to identify who created particular directories, identify which
    computer in an office or location created certain diskettes, and similar     comparisons relating to document and file creation.
